Why Add Text Here
Edit right on the photo
Click a title on the picture to type into it; the quick bar beside it makes it bigger or smaller, changes the alignment and colour, or duplicates it.
Templates that fill in your place
Pick a city from the chips — or type your own — and the location templates use it: a dateline, a map pin, coordinates with the city’s real position, a postcard, an arrivals board.
Looks in one tap
Presets like TikTok caption, Highlighter, White box, Sticker, Neon and Gold, and variations of every template shown as previews of your own text, with one-tap colourways.
Surfaces and materials
Gold foil, chrome, film grain, marble, rust, wood, frost and paper cut-out inside the letters.
Private by design
Your photo never leaves the browser tab — no upload, no account, no watermark on what you save.
Full-size saves
Save photo re-renders every edit at the photo’s own resolution, as PNG, JPEG or WebP, or copies it straight to the clipboard.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add text to a photo?
Open a photo, then tap Add text (or the Titles button). Type, or pick a template; drag the text where you want it and click it to edit. Save photo includes it at full size.
Can I use my own font?
Yes — Use your own font… in the Style tab loads a font file from your device.
Can I put a location on a photo?
Yes. Pick a city from the place chips (or type one) and choose a location template; the city, area and coordinates are filled in.
Is it free? Is there a watermark?
Free, no watermark, no signup, no limit on how many photos you edit.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. The photo is opened and edited inside the browser tab on your own device, and the file you save is made there too. Nothing is sent to a server.
Will it lower the resolution?
No. Save photo renders the finished edit at the photo’s own full size (or the preview size, if you pick it), as PNG, JPEG or WebP.
