Why Private Face Tracking Works Here
Nothing is ever uploaded
Face detection runs entirely client-side via WebAssembly computer vision — no camera frame, video, or photo ever leaves your device, and there’s no account or server to send it to in the first place.
Tracks faces, eyes, and mouths
Detects facial regions along with eye and mouth sub-features in real time, with adjustable scale factor and minimum-neighbor sensitivity for tuning detection strictness.
Works on live camera or a saved video
Use a live webcam feed for real-time tracking, or load a video/photo file — the same on-device pipeline handles either.
Generative overlays, not just bounding boxes
Halo auras, glow outlines, speech-bubble labels, and a dozen other visual styles can render on tracked faces — built for creative/performance use, not just surveillance-style boxes.
No account, no signup, no watermark
The entire app is free to use with zero sign-up flow — open the page and start tracking.
Same export options as every other mode
Record tracked video in WebM or MP4, export PNG frame sequences, or pull frame-by-frame CSV telemetry.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is any of my webcam video uploaded when I use face tracking?
No. All detection runs locally in your browser via WebAssembly — there’s no server in the request path for video frames at all.
What exactly does face tracking detect?
Facial regions, plus eye and mouth sub-features, using adjustable scale-factor and minimum-neighbor sensitivity settings to tune detection strictness.
Can I use face tracking on a photo instead of live video?
Yes — upload a single photo and face tracking runs on it the same way it runs on live or recorded video.
Does it require a login or account?
No account, no signup — the app is free and fully usable the moment the page loads.
Can I blur faces in a video online?
Yes. Turn on Blur Faces in Face Tracking mode and every detected face is covered with a pixel mosaic that moves with it. The video never leaves your browser, and Record saves the blurred clip as MP4 or WebM. Check the result before sharing — a face turned well away from the camera can be missed for a few frames.
How do I get the big eyes face filter?
Turn on Big Eyes & Lips, then set Feature Zoom (1.2× to 3×) for how far the eyes and mouth are enlarged. The Cartoon Big Eyes guide opens with it already set up.
