Vis Exo FILM STOCK — VELVIA 50

The Velvia 50 Film Look, Free Online

Slide film at its most extreme: colour so saturated it was nicknamed “Fuji Disney”, deep, inky shadows and the hard contrast of a transparency held up to a light box. The Velvia 50 look, free, on any clip or photo.

What you get

Why the Velvia 50 Look Works Here

Slide-film contrast and colour

Reversal film has no latitude to spare: shadows go dark, highlights go bright and every colour is pushed. The grade does the same — strong saturation, deep blacks and real punch in greens and blues — while keeping skin from going red.

Crisp reversal grain

Paired with the Ektachrome grain stock — fine and crisp, the way slide film looks on a projector — at a low amount.

Best for landscapes and nature

Autumn leaves, sunsets, forests and mountains in good light. On people it is a lot — Ektar 100 gives similar colour with gentler skin.

Set how strong it is

The LUT strength slider runs the grade from a hint to the full stock, and keyframes can fade it in or change it mid-clip, frame-accurately in every export.

Video and photos

Use it on a clip or a webcam — or pick a photo, or several, with the Photo button: the same look goes on every photo and Export all saves each one at up to 2048 px.

Drawn into the frame

The grade and the grain are rendered into the picture, so Record (MP4/WebM), Render Mode and saved photos carry the look exactly as previewed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Velvia 50 look like?

Extremely saturated colour, deep blacks and strong contrast — especially in greens, blues and reds. It is a slide film, so it reads like a transparency on a light box.

How is Velvia different from Kodachrome?

Both are slide films, but Kodachrome is warmer, more natural and famous for its reds; Velvia is cooler and far more saturated, with greens and blues pushed hardest.

Is this real Velvia 50?

It is an emulation: the app’s own grade of Velvia 50’s well-known colour and contrast, paired with a matching grain stock — not a scan of the film or an official profile. Vis Exo is not affiliated with Fujifilm; Fujifilm Velvia 50 is their trademark.

Does it work on photos as well as video?

Yes. Pick one photo or several with the Photo button; the look applies to all of them, and Export all saves each one at up to 2048 px — as a ZIP on a computer, or to your photos through the share sheet on a phone.

Is it free and private?

Yes — free, no watermark, no signup, and your footage and photos never leave the browser tab.
