What you get

Why Yoga Pose Tracker Online Works Here

Full-body skeleton, live

MoveNet-based pose tracking follows 17 body keypoints in real time from any webcam.

Joint Angles readout

See elbow and knee bend in degrees directly on screen — useful for checking form against a target angle.

Center of Mass

A weighted balance point (torso-biased, so an outstretched arm doesn't yank it around) helps gauge stability in a held pose.

Two accuracy modes

Switch between a fast Lightning model and a more precise (slower) Thunder model depending on your device.

Record your session

Capture practice as a video file to review form afterward, or step frame-by-frame with Render Mode.

Totally private

Everything runs locally in your browser — no video is ever uploaded anywhere.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can it tell me if my alignment is off?

It shows you the measurements rather than judging the pose: Joint Angles reads elbow and knee bend in degrees on screen, and Centre of Mass shows a weighted balance point. Comparing those against a target is up to you — it is not a coaching or medical tool.

Which joints does it measure?

Elbows and knees are read as angles in degrees, from a 17-point skeleton covering shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles.

Does it work if I am on a mat facing sideways?

Usually, though a side-on view hides one side of the body from the camera, so keypoints on the far side are estimated and less reliable. A front or three-quarter angle tracks most consistently.

Can I review my form afterwards?

Yes. Record captures the session with the skeleton drawn on, and Render Mode lets you step frame by frame through a held pose.

Is my practice video private?

Yes. Everything runs in your browser on your own device and no video is uploaded anywhere.
