Why the Date Stamp Works Here
The real seven-segment date
Point-and-shoots printed the date with a row of tiny lights behind the film, so the digits are seven-segment and orange, with a soft glow where they burned into the emulsion. That is what is drawn here.
Each photo’s own date
The stamp reads the date from the photo file, so every photo in a roll gets its own — or type a date into the box (up to twelve characters of digits and separators).
Any corner
Bottom right like most cameras, bottom left or top right.
With or without the rest
The preset opens the full disposable camera look. Want only the date? Turn the grade, grain and flash off and leave Date stamp on, or keep a Kodak Gold grade under it.
A whole roll in one go
Pick several photos at once: they line up in a strip under the picture, one look applies to all of them, and Export all saves each at up to 2048 px — a ZIP on a computer, the share sheet on a phone so they land in Photos.
Works on video too
The same look runs on any clip or a webcam, and every export — Record (MP4/WebM) and Render Mode — carries it exactly as previewed.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add a date stamp to a photo?
Open this preset, press the Photo button and pick a photo — the date stamp is on and reads the photo’s own date. Change it in the box under Camera — flash & date stamp, and save.
Can I put a fake date on it?
Yes — type any date into the box (’98 05 23, 12-25-03…). The stamp is drawn in seven-segment digits like the real thing, so it takes numbers, spaces, dashes, dots, colons and apostrophes — letters are left out.
Can I add it to a video?
Yes — the same stamp is drawn on video and carried into every export. A video has no single photo date, so it shows today’s unless you type one.
Can I do a whole roll at once?
Yes. Pick several photos with the Photo button and they line up in a strip under the picture; the look applies to every one, and Export all saves each at up to 2048 px — as a ZIP on a computer, or to your photo library through the share sheet on a phone.
Is it free and private?
Yes — free, no watermark, no signup. Your photos are processed in the browser tab and never uploaded.
